02 / Structural Integrity

Structural Steel Fireproofing

Structural elements are vulnerable under fire conditions, where loss of steel strength can lead to partial or total structural failure. Intumescent and cementitious fireproofing systems are applied to protect these elements, maintaining stability and load-bearing capacity during fire exposure.

Our approach focuses on correct material application, thickness control, and surface preparation, ensuring consistent performance in line with required fire resistance ratings (e.g. 2-hour or 4-hour protection).

Substrate Preparation

Proper grit blasting and priming to prevent steel corrosion and ensure strong coating adhesion.
